OUR GENESIS
Across India and emerging markets, healthcare infrastructure is expanding rapidly. However, hospitals continue to face challenges such as shortages of skilled professionals, inefficient operations, high attrition, and increasing regulatory complexity.
Collaborative Healthcare was founded to address these challenges by bringing together strategic insight, operational expertise, and strong professional alliances to support hospitals at every stage of growth.

Collaborative Healthcare was established by experienced doctors and healthcare leaders with over 250+ man-years of collective hospital management experience. Our founders have led and managed multi-specialty hospitals across diverse geographies, giving us a deep understanding of real-world healthcare challenges.

Dr. Alok Lodh Director & Lead Strategic Advisory (Healthcare)
Dr. Alok Lodh brings over 30 years of healthcare leadership and system-level expertise to Collaborative Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., where he provides strategic advisory to various Governing Boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams across hospitals and healthcare institutions. A medical graduate from S.C.B. Medical College, Cuttack, he has held senior leadership roles with reputed organizations including Fortis Group, Jaypee Group, HCL Healthcare, Primus Group (International), and other leading hospital chains in India.
His association with the World Health Organization (WHO) shaped his perspective on inclusive, community-centric healthcare models, governance-led healthcare delivery, and public health system strengthening. Dr. Lodh has successfully led hospital commissioning, operational turnarounds, government health scheme implementation, and large-scale community outreach programs, working closely with state authorities and regulatory bodies.
At Collaborative Healthcare, he plays a critical role in guiding healthcare governance frameworks, risk-aware leadership decisions, patient-centric operational models, digital health strategy, and public-private partnership advisory. A Navratna Awardee (2018), Dr. Lodh is a strong advocate of technology-enabled care, ethical governance, and sustainable healthcare systems.
Ms. Parul Shrivastava Lodh Director & Chief Strategist Community Alliances & Networks
Ms Parul Shrivastava, an alumni of Lady Shriram College New Delhi, is a professional in the field of Apparel Design and has several decades of working in the handloom sector of India.
An ardent fan of collaborations, she is inspired by creating successful teams by integrating them with the communities served. Her forte lies in her strong understanding of Community Needs in the realm of Primary Healthcare, Livelihood and Skill Development.
She has worked intimately with the village level communities in the state of Bihar, Uttarakhand and Odisha and deeply understands the dynamics of the Govt. Welfare Schemes, Public Private Partnerships and the power of Integrating Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives with Govt. Targeted Interventions.
She is passionate about Elder Care and had single handedly lead a team of Healthcare Professionals to start one of the first initiatives in Bihar where elder populations were provided healthcare at their doorstep.
